BBC One – Michelle Ryan will appear on Blue Peter (4:35PM)
Channel 4 – Michelle Ryan will be a guest on The Paul O’Grady Show (5:00PM)

BBC Radio 2 – David Tennant will be presenting Jonanthan Ross’s show, with Catherine Tate (10AM-1PM)
