Tonight’s the Night’s Doctor Who scene!
A few weeks ago, we told you about the Doctor Who competition being held by the BBC to find a new Doctor Who monster to star in a special sketch on Tonight’s the Night.
Time really has flown by (as it often does whenever the TARDIS is involved!), because the mini-episode was unveiled to the world on the final episode of the show earlier this evening!
And tonight really was the night for lucky fan Tim Ingham from Lancashire, who’s design of the evil Sil Tao was declared the winner following weeks of gruelling auditions.
The scene was written by outgoing executive producer Russell T Davies and directed by Alice Troughton. John Barrowman stars as Captain Jack, but we won’t ruin the surprise guest for those of you who are watching it for the first time!
Is is Tao Sil? Cos they kept calling him Sao Til and its written on a board in the video…?
Nice little comedy bit… couldnt have been worse that the 6th Doctor and Teagan on Jim’ll Fix It!
If anything at least we know now what Watchmen’s Rorschach would look like if he joined the Blue Man Group.
