Advent Calendar: Day Ten
It’s Day 10 of our countdown to Christmas, and today’s treat is part two of our exclusive festive tale, entitled The Doctor Calls!
In part one, which was released on Day 5, the Doctor arrived at Edward’s orphange on Christmas Eve, and we left it just as he was about to start telling the children a story.
Now, you can find out just what he’s going to tell them, and it might help if you think back to the end of Series 1’s The Doctor Dances…
Check out part two of The Doctor Calls now by heading over to our Advent Calendar, and then clicking the appropriate window! Enjoy!

*Chuckles* Jackie the Terrible. Did this happen prior to series 1, or sometime whilst Rose was asleep one night on the TARDIS?
Well, it was 9 that gave her the bike, but he was never alone at any point while he travelled with Rose, so im a bit confused???

It doesn’t necessarily have to be the Ninth Doctor who gave her the bike. At the end of The Doctor Dances, he might’ve meant it as a meaningless comment, however off her reaction he knew that he would one day do it for real. And the Tenth Doctor was the incarnation to eventually complete the task! Well, in our take on the story anyway…
Mm, I always imagined it was number 9, the night of World War Three. Because we had that lovely emotional moment: “I could save the world but lose you” “Do it” and it was just so telling. I thought that was a moment when he started to realise that he appreciated Rose for being Rose, rather than just for being a human companion. So that night, when Rose fell asleep, he went and sorted out the bike. :) In my head, at least. I might write that…

I just think that 10 would have a hard time going back to see young Rose if he was so lonely… still, good enough explanation for me!
