Doctor Who on BBC Radio 7
The official Doctor Who website has today posted details of several upcoming Doctor Who related programmes that will be broadcast on BBC Radio 7 this Spring as part of its 7th Dimension strand!
Starting at the end of the month, the station will be airing a recorded version of Barry Letts – Who and Me in 7 weekly parts. The fascinating autobiography tells the story of the late producer’s involvement with the series between the years of 1967 to 1981.
Meanwhile, April will see the transmissions of three novelized adventures, The Brain of Morbius (1976), The Creature from the Pit (1979), and The Giant Robot (a revised adaptation of the serial Robot from 1974). Each will be read by the Fourth Doctor actor, Tom Baker! The stories will be introduced by Nicholas Briggs, the 21st century voice of the Daleks and the Cybermen.
We’ll bring you the exact transmission times as and when. Stay tuned!
