Following yesterday’s announcement that the 2009/10 Specials soundtrack won’t be released until October, Silva Screen have today treated us to a short but sweet preview of one of its tracks – Vale Decem!
We know none of you will need reminding, but the heartbreaking track accompanied the Tenth Doctor’s final moments at the end of The End of Time, Part Two, and is arguably one of Murray Gold’s finest pieces to date. The snippet should whet your appetites for next month’s release!
The Specials soundtrack is released October 4th, and the Series 5 CD on November 8th.

Although the series five soundtrack doesnt interest me at all because I dont think the music this series has been even nearly as good as previous series, I will definitely be buying this! Some of the Xmas/New Year tracks in particular were beautiful!
