Tompkins. Check out the schedule of when they’ll be airing below!

Best of… the Monsters – BBC America, 20th August, 9/8c.
Best of… the Companions – BBC America, 27th August, after Let’s Kill Hitler
They’ve also released a preview of the Doctor special, which you can see here/below.
Series 6: Part 2 begins on BBC America (and probably BBC One too!) on 27th August.

I can’t be the only one thinking how wrong and silly it sounds having Americans talk about Doctor Who in this context.
@Jack
Especailly when there’s only a small handful of true American Doctor Who fans, rather than a bunch of unknown celebrities who’ve probably only seen Series Six.
So how come BBC America are getting all this stuff? They know when their air-date is and now specials? Is it too much to ask we get something from the Beeb? You know, hate to sound selfish and all, but it is *our* show…
@Emerald
Well the BBC always announce air-date plans only a couple of weeks prior to when it’s actually show to avoid clashes with any other major shows on other channels. So in that sense I think it’s alright, but I do agree that this year the BBC are focusing too much on America, simply because the opening story for Series Six is set in the USA.
Yeah Americans treat our shows as your own…
I’m in the US and am sorry for those who are annoyed by our current (would it be considered, dare I say?)special treatment. But, I sure am grateful for it. Y’know, I feel like I’m a huge fan of the show (as I type this I am sitting by my TARDIS cookie jar, mug, and sonic screwdriver)however… I’ve only started watching Doctor Who this year! It’s absolutley crazy! How is a show this addicting? I’ve seen all of the episodes released from the revival, but sadly, only one episode from the classic series. I can’t seem to find any episodes, but, being the huge dork I am I read the episode plots online.
Well, I guess what I’m trying to say (oye, I type too much) is that I wouldn’t have fallen in love with Doctor Who if it weren’t for BBC America… and, well, please forgive America for the recent spotlight we’ve been given. I can’t speak for everyone, but I’m pretty sure we’re smitten with the pure amazing-ness (I ask now that you please forgive any and all grammatical errors up until this point)that is Doctor Who.
