Karen Gillan’s revealed that she doesn’t worry about being associated with Doctor Who for the rest of her career.

“I hope I’ll be associated with Doctor Who forever,” she told the Boston Herald, before adding that there is never a dull moment on set. “We just keep getting surprised by the show because we’re in the same position as the fans, because we are kept in the dark. And my mother is also a really, really big fan, so she’s over the moon every day about me being on the show.”

The autumn premiere, Let’s Kill Hitler, will air this Saturday at 7:10pm on BBC One.
