Lara Pulver would “love” to appear in Doctor Who
Lara Pulver has revealed that she’d love to have a guest role in Doctor Who, hinting that she may already be in talks with Steven Moffat about appearing in the series.
The actress, who was recently seen portraying Irene Adler in Moffat’s other series, Sherlock, told Assignment X that she thoroughly enjoyed working alongside the writer. “He may be calling me right now,” she said. “We haven’t spoken about Doctor Who. I think they’re separate entities for Steven, and I think he puts very different hats on.”
She continued: “But I love working with him, and if we found another project to work together on, whether it is Doctor Who or Sherlock, I am sure we’d want to again.”
Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch’s also previously discussed a Doctor Who role.
