Today, we bring you the results of our recent Christmas Caption Competition, which was unveiled earlier this month.

A big thank you to all of our visitors who entered, and we’re pleased to announce that because of its success, the Caption Competition will become a permanent fixture of WhovianNet in the New Year, as we make some changes to the site to welcome the arrival of the Eleventh Doctor! Watch this space!

We’ve now passed the halfway mark of our Christmas countdown, which means that part one of The End of Time is so close we can smell it! And it smells good, doesn’t it?

For our thirteenth Advent update, we bring you a video collaboration featuring some of the pictures we took during our trip to the heart of Who, also known as the Welsh city of Cardiff, yesterday (Saturday)! Enjoy!

Oh, and just a quick apology for any of you who experienced difficulties logging onto the site earlier today. As it’s such an epic time for Doctor Who fans at the moment, our daily traffic income is much greater then usual, and, as the Tenth Doctor would say, it resulted in a temporary but unavoidable traffic flux of our systematic server mainframes. Or something like that. Everything should be sorted out now, though!

We’re now just a few short weeks away from the Tenth Doctor’s final climatic story, The End of Time, and, as we prepare to bid him our last farewell, we’ve decided to celebrate his era by taking a look back at some of his very best bits - and we need your help!

We want to hear YOUR personal favourite Tenth Doctor moment of all time, whether it’s a specific quote, scene, an episode, a storyline, or even something from one of the many novels or comic strips.

Please share your thoughts as a comment on this post (we know it’s hard to choose!), and later this month we’ll pick some of your contributions at random and open a poll which will determine the ultimate Top Ten of Ten!
