The cover for this month’s issue of Doctor Who Magazine has been revealed today, bringing with it confirmation of the previously reported Doctor Who Red Nose Day mini-ep!
The Doctor, Amy and Rory are featured on the front of the issue, and they’re getting into the spirit of things by sporting their very own red noses for Comic Cosmic Relief! Inside the magazine there’s all the details about the charity sketch, which is set to air during BBC One’s Red Nose Day telethon, taking place on Friday 18th March.
Meanwhile, the cover also teases new Series 6 secrets that are revealed inside the issue! Could that be an episode title in the top left corner? Let us know your thoughts…

Doctor Who Magazine Issue #432 will be published on Thursday 10th March.
It has been revealed that sales of Doctor Who Adventures have increased by over 25% in the last 12 months!
New ABC figures have shown that 56,648 issues of the magazine were sold between July-December 2010 – a significant rise from the 44,664 that were sold during the same period in 2009. ”In this digital age, it is really heartening to see that our top brands continue to have huge appeal with the pre-teen audience,” Joint MD of BBC Children’s Magazines, Jaynie Bye, commented.
She added: “In particular, I am delighted with the performance of Doctor Who Adventures - up by an impressive 26.8% year on year - demonstrating the continuing strength of the title and the increased interest generated by Matt Smith.”
Meanwhile, Doctor Who Magazine has been named the highest-selling sci-fi magazine!
The 431st issue of Doctor Who Magazine will be released in shops tomorrow – read on for a round up of what’s inside!
In Steven Moffat’s latest Production Notes, he discusses why he disagrees that Doctor Who is “just for kids”, and, in an exclusive interview, Mark Gatiss reflects on his Series 5 story, Victory of the Daleks, before teasing his Series 6 episode. “Steven said to me, ‘Make a Barret home terrifying like you did in Crooked House,’,” he explains. “But Crooked House was on at 10pm, this is on at 6…”
William Hartnell’s second series as the Doctor is examined as part of DWM’s countdown to 2013’s 50th anniversary, while the Time Team relive the 2005 adventure, The End of the World, and the new Doctor Who Experience is previewed…

Doctor Who Magazine #430 was released today!
Inside the issue, there’s a round up of all the latest Series 6 news, including an interview with the Doctor himself, Matt Smith, who promises ”some great monsters” for the new series, including “the scariest one yet”, according to Karen Gillan, who teases: “They’ve got one thing about them that feels almost undefeatable…” Intriguing! Also, showrunner Steven Moffat brings details of a 2011 episode shuffle in this month’s Production Notes.

In the new issue, DWM looks ahead to the forthcoming series to discover just what lies in store for the Doctor and Amy, while Matt Smith and Karen Gillan spill the beans on each other’s fashion sense and snogging skills. The inner cover for the brand new issue of Doctor Who Magazine has been posted on Facebook today.
The issue, #428, is published tomorrow (£4.20) and comes in a previously revealed outer bag to accommodate its free double-sided classic series poster, which features a Dalek on one side and a Cyberman on the other. Inside the ’soap-opera themed’ edition, the latest Christmas special/Series 6 secrets are revealed. Is River a lover or a killer, and just who is the Doctor’s blast from the past?
