New edition of The Writer’s Tale to be released next year

A new edition of The Writer’s Tale will hit shops next year to tie in with the transmission of David Tennant’s last episodes as the Tenth Doctor!
The Writer’s Tale, which was released on 25th September 2008, contains emails sent between showrunner Russell T Davies and Benjamin Cook throughout production for the fourth series - and the updated version will include all of that plus 300 pages of new content detailing the correspondence between the two as work begins, continues and ends on the 2009/10 specials, culminating in the final specials which will transmit over Christmas.
The Writer’s Tale - The New Edition is currently scheduled to be published on 21st January 2010 - we’ll keep you updated!

You know, I hate it when things like this happen. Y’see, I’ve already got the first edition, and I thought it was one of the best books I’ve ever read. And, may I add, it’s pretty heavy. I had to rest it on my lap if I’d been reading for more than half an hour. And now they’re releasing a new edition, which I will obviously have to buy, and it’ll be even heavier!!
Ah well. Needs must.
