A big thanks to Hampstead Theatre, who have kindly sent us details regarding their upcoming production called Darker Shores, which features peformances from some familiar faces from the Doctor Who universe!

The ghost story, written by Michael Punter, stars Mark Gatiss as Gabriel Stokes, and Vinette Robinson as Florence Kennedy.

Gatiss has previously written two episodes for the revived series of Doctor Who, The Unquiet Dead in Series 1, and The Idiot’s Lantern from the second series. He also played Professor Lazarus in the 2007 adventure, The Lazarus Experiment. Meanwhile, Robinson appeared as Abi Lerner in Series 3’s 42.

Darker Shores will be playing at the theatre from December 3rd 2009 until January 16th 2010, and you can find out more about the play and book tickets by clicking here.
