Provisional Christmas schedules released

November 28th, 2009

ood-end-of-timeThe BBC have released their provisional Christmas schedule, which suggests that part one of The End of Time will air on Christmas Day at 7:30PM, in between two episodes of EastEnders.

Meanwhile, part two of the Tenth Doctor’s regeneration story is set to transmit on New Year’s Day, also at 7:30PM, preceding the last ever episode of Gavin & Stacey.

Please bear in mind that this is only the draft schedule, so times might’ve changed by the time the listings are finalised in a couple of weeks. As it stands at the moment, the biggest competition Doctor Who will face is Coronation Street on ITV1.

I love Gavin and Stacey. I think Ruth Jones should get a role in DW. I mean, she’s already been in Torchwood, and she’s definitely not limited to comedy. Anyway! Good timing. I think I should be back from my nana’s by then. Even if I’ll be recording the eps to watch over and over again…
