Toby Whithouse teases…
Toby Whithouse has treated SFX to a few teasers regarding his upcoming Series 5 episode, which is rumoured to be called Vampires of Venice.
The writer, who’s previous Doctor Who credits include Series 2’s School Reunion, told the magazine that ‘at one point the Doctor says the word ‘diabetic’,’ that ’one character is a talking otter’ and that the script includes ‘an almost painfully beautiful gag about cheese and biscuits’, however he added that one of them is a red herring! Which do you think is untrue?
When asked if the Eleventh Doctor says ‘Geronimo!’ at any point in the story, Whithouse said: “No, he doesn’t say Geronimo! I had no idea that was going to be his catchphrase!”

Please let the cheese gag not be a red herring. We have a collection of cheese-related jokes in our house. For example: what’s the best cheese to get a grizzly out of a tree? Camembert!
@TSG
Or how about:
What’s the best cheese to hide a horse in?
Marcaspone!
Heard that one too! And what cheese is made backwards?
Edam!
… we’re going off topic, aren’t we?
