Tenth Doctor’s final words are ‘absolutely perfect’

December 17th, 2009

doctor-cin-preview-stillIn an interview with the BBC released today ahead of the press screening for part one of The End of Time tonight, David Tennant describes the Tenth Doctor’s final words as ‘absolutely perfect’.

“I thought ‘I can’t believe I didn’t see that coming’, but it’s absolutely perfect,” he told Lizo Mzimba.

“The forces that are gathering are unlike anything we’ve seen before,” the actor said of the Tenth Doctor’s regeneration two-parter. ”They’re terrifying on a whole new scale.”

He added: ”We’ve told that he will knock four times, and that something’s coming back, and I think we’ve managed to keep a few surprises for Christmas. Even if people think they know what’s coming, I think they might be surprised.”
