Yesterday evening we were invited to the preview of the brand new Doctor Who Exhibition, located at the Life Science Centre in Newcastle!

A massive poster of the Doctor and Amy welcomes you into the museum, which is already bursting to the brim with lots of Series 5 props, costumes and monsters, as well as hordes of friends and foes from past series. There are plenty of interactive features too, including an insight into how the prosthetics are made.

One of our personal highlights was the Daleks section of the exhibition; we won’t spoil the surprise, but you should definitely consider bringing along a sofa to hide behind!

We’ll let our exclusive pictures do the rest of the talking! Click here to check out the gallery! Newcastle’s Doctor Who Exhibition officially opens its doors this Saturday, 22nd May, and will be open Monday-Saturday from 10:00-18:00, and Sundays from 11:00-18:00. You can find out more details at the official exhibitions site, here.
