Brit Movie Tours unveil two new Doctor Who tours
Brit Movie Tours have kindly sent us details of two brand new Doctor Who tours which they’ll be launching in 2011!
Doctor Who London Tour will be a 4-hour luxury air-conditioned mini-bus tour which will include over 15 locations used throughout the show’s history, from the 1984 serial Resurrection of the Daleks to 2005’s Aliens of London. Meanwhile, the 3 Day Tour across England and South Wales promises to visit locations used for the Maze of the Dead, the Pandorica, Bad Wolf Bay and many more.
Director of the tours, Lewis Swan, explained: “One of the aims of these new Doctor Who location tours is to take fans to places they know from the TV series and to get a bit closer to the characters, both good and evil, they see each week.”
There is also an ongoing 10-hour tour of Cardiff, which includes a trip to the exhibition.
Of course, none are in /north/ wales
@dani
To be fair, none of it’s actually filmed in North Wales.
woo cost a lot to do the cardiff tour when if you go onto the locations website you can do it yourself …thats what i did this past summer with my kids-we holidayed in Barry South Wales and visited all sorts of TW DW and SJA Sites, Cardiff Bay,the Exhibition it was awesome-well worth a visit but can be done cheaper and visit more locations than that tour….
