TV Tonight reveals ABC1’s Christmas special debut

According to the TV blog, TV Tonight, this year’s Doctor Who Christmas Special, A Christmas Carol, will have its debut Down Under on Boxing Day at 7:30PM on ABC1!

This will the be first time that a new episode of Doctor Who has aired in Australia within hours of its screening in the UK. In the festive story, the Doctor attempts to save Amy and Rory from a crashing space liner by saving the soul of a lonely old miser, but there’s something else lurking in the fogs of Christmas Eve…

    Yay! Now I’ll just have to see whether I can stop myself downloading and watching it in the morning of boxing day rather than wait till night…. AH! The anxiety!

    Or maybe I’m over reacting…… nah!
