Doctor Who: A Good Man Goes to War - 6:40pm, BBC One/BBC One HD
Doctor Who Confidential – 7:30pm, BBC Three/BBC HD
I’ve just thought of something, when Amy was captured by the silence Rory said he remembered waiting the 2000 Years for her; how??? Resolving the gaps in the universe at the end of pandorica would have brought vanished Rory back, the 2000 year old Rory was an auton! Could Rory be a traitor?
I never thought of that… I don’t think rory would be a traitor.. don’t forget that rory isn’t real.. he is a plastic roman so he isn’t human.. so maybe that is how he remembered..
No I think ‘this’ Rory is real! He returned like amy’s mum and dad! So where’s the auton Rory? You can’t merge human and plastic, besides an auton couldn’t father child! I have a feeling the game changing hints at river, but actually a Rory revelation is in the offing!
I agree! I think that river is the big climax! I have been racking my brain with my dad and brother in law.. we have no idea who she is! I have a feeling that when we find out who she is we are gonna be like omg! that was in front of our faces the whole time! she can’t be doctors wife because she told amy it was more complicated than that.. what else can she be? maybe she is the little girl? I don’t know…
Amy and rory’s child conceived in the tardis, would explain her affinity for piloting the tardis, her ease with time travel, her ability to speak gallifreyian and time lord regenerative abilities. Besides pond=river…. A sort of conection
I think that River is a future personification of the TARDIS, hence the little blue book with the TARDIS door design on the front. I’ve also got a feeling that’s what she whispered in the Doctor’s ear in the Library
In Forest of the Dead, the Doctor said that River whispered his real name. I really hope we don’t find out what it is! That’s the main premise of ‘Doctor Who’!!
Still… I trust Steven Moffat.
The Moff on Twitter:
“To the worriers – anything on the BBC website is APPROVED, and not a real spoiler. You know NOTHING, trust me. No, actually, you can’t.”
I think Rory might still be an Auton.. but that is why I think he feels such a great connection with Jen/Doppleganger. And in that picture of Rory with the cybermen.. He wouldn’t be that confident if he was just human. And a possible answer to how Rory is still Auton is that there was a version of Rory on earth so the universe didn’t bring back the human version. Whereas Amy’s parents just weren’t on earth at all they had completely disappeared so were put back. But something is up with Rory so if it isn’t this then I don’t know what it is.
‘a good man goes to war’ and river said: ‘i killed a good man, a very good man’… a link? it must be the doctor… or rory? open to any comments
