Official Annual 2012 – cover, details and previews

Penguin Books have released details of the official 2012 Doctor Who annual, which is due to be published on 4th August 2011!
The annual – which is described as “a fantastically collectable present for Christmas 2011″ – is “packed with comic strips, original stories, activities and features”, and also comes with a giant double-sided poster. Two page spread previews have also been released, which you can see below. The annual will have an RRP of £7.99.
Please note that its details (cover, release date, etc…) might change closer to release.

They do pick stupid times, it would make more sense to release it in November as;
1. It’s only half of 2011
2. Only half of Series 6 will have aired

i no i thought they released annuals just before xmas cos when i was a kid thats when they used to come out in time for xmas
