In the short but enticing video, Steven Moffat and guest star Hugh Bonneville (Captain Avery) reveal what we can expect from the adventure. “If you’re gonna do pirates in Doctor Who, you’ve got to do the whole thing,” the showrunner explains. “We’re just properly delivering everything you’d want about pirates.” We’d never have guessed!
The episode airs tomorrow at 6:15pm (BBC1), followed by Confidential at 7pm (BBC3).
