This year’s French Comic Con kicks off in Paris today, and it looks set to be a brilliant one for Doctor Who fans, with various Doctor Who related events lined up!

The schedule includes screenings of Les Anges Pleureurs (Blink), La Bibliothèque des Ombres (Silence in the Library and Forest of the Dead), and the French premiere of The Impossible Astronaut and Day of the Moon. In addition, head writer Steven Moffat will be in attendance to sign autographs and take part in discussions.

Thursday 30th June
- 4pm: Screening of Les Anges Pleureurs (Blink)

Friday 1st July
- 12:30pm: Screening of La Bibliothèque des Ombres, Parties 1 et 2 (Silence in the Library and Forest of the Dead)

Saturday 2nd July
- 12pm: Conference on the French dub of Sherlock with Roland Timsit,  the artistic director of the French dub of Sherlock, and Gilles Morvan, the voice of Sherlock
- 1:30pm: Signing session with the French dubbing actors
- 2:45pm: Screening of Sherlock: Une Etude en Rose (A Study in Pink)

Sunday 3rd July
- 11:30am: A masterclass on the work of a screenwriter by Steven Moffat
- 12:30pm: French premiere of The Impossible Astronaut and Day of the Moon
- 2:30pm: Doctor Who conference with Steven Moffat
- 4pm: Signing session with Steven Moffat
