    I feel like the angels are being overused a little. They kind of lose their scare a bit if used too much, a bit like the Daleks in the RTD era. It was a given that the Silence would be back as well as River, the Eyepatch ladt etc. Not a bad looking end to the series as it goes.

    But we don’t know WHY they’re back. Do they have a full story? Or do they just appear briefly for some reason? We’ve not been told there’s a new Angels ep so I’m assuming they turn up quickly for some reason in another story.

    They’re in the God Complex building, so yes i assume they show up in one of the rooms breifly since the episode will feature a variety of different monsters, some old and new as cameos

    I’ll take a wild guess and say Kovarian is an older River or one of River’s past incarnations (if she can Time Lord regenerate, and not just regenerate like Jack and Jenny), as that would probably fit in with the messed-up time thing. Also, I’m glad they decided to include Churchill and not spoil why he’s actually there, and more of the Cyber Ships!

    But, most importantly: well done Rory for punching Hitler! ;)

    I think there’s too long between now and when Doctor Who starts again for me to be looking forward to Season 6 Part 2 just yet.

    Having said that, it was a decent enough trailer.

    I think that river has turned to kovarians side or she is faking it

    To tell you the truth, if any of the villians are annoying to me it’s the cybermen! I think they’ve been over used. Also i wonder who or what is Amy shooting at?

    @Shauna Curtis
    Really? I mean, the Daleks have appeared in twelve episodes so far whilst the Cybermen have appeared in seven.

    @Ellen
    Keep in mind we’re traveling backwards into River’s past. So she may have legitimately been on Kovarian’s side when she was young but then changed sides and went to the Doctor. Or possible she’s faking it.
    Only a month to go though! August 27! WEEEEEE!!!

    @Shauna Curtis
    The cybermen haven’t been properly used since the Next Doctor. Yes they appeared in The Pandorica Opens and A Good Man Goes To War but only briefly so how you can say they have been overused I have no idea.

    Yeah, it’ll probably be around a week to a few days before that I’ll be looking forward to it, it’s just the way I am

    As usual, amazing trailer. The moment that stands out for me is River wearing the now infamous eye-patch. Is she a younger – evil – version of River ? Is River faking it ? Is this woman some kind of shapeshifter ?
    Another moment that really intrigued me is Amy walking in a strange garden, where on earth (or elsewhere) could she be ?
    Series 6.5, here we come !
    I also don’t feel like the Cybermen have been overused, at least not as much as the Daleks have been.
    With no two-parter, the second half of Series 6 looks much more entertaining and varied than the first half. The episode that I’m really worried about is the finale : how on Earth will they conclude the most complex series ever with only one episode ?

    Anyone else notice that Amy looks considerably older when she takes a mask off at one point?

    @TWWL
    Yep I noticed that. Someone on Doctor Who Tv said it might be Amy aged 2000 years old because of events from the series 5 finale 2 parter.

    I noticed it too. Also, when River look at us, revealing her eye-patch, there is a sarcophagus in the background, and a pyramid is featured on the new promo image. I didn’t know the lake where the Doctor was killed was Lake Silencio (Silence) ! And I also wonder who/what are those three strange figures who appear at 0:36 ?
    One thing is certain, there must be some serious stuff involving Madame Kovarian and River in these new episodes. They only appear once in the trailer (plus a voice-over from Madame Kovarian towards the end, when the Astronaut kills the Doctor), which means they’re linked to very important events/revelations that must remain hidden until transmission.
    I’m sure eye-patch River is going to haunt me night and day until episode 8 is finally transmitted !
