Karen Gillan will be attending her first ever in-store signing event at the end of the month, the BBC Press Office has revealed today!

On 28th August, the Amy Pond actress will be stopping by at Hamleys in Glasgow’s St Enoch Shopping Centre to meet and greet fans and autograph copies of her character’s action figure. She’ll be signing between 12 noon and 2PM and attendees will be able to collect a wristband from the store from 9AM to guarantee their place in the queue.

Of her visit, Gillan said: “I’m so excited to be travelling up to Scotland to introduce fans to my new Amy Pond action figure, I can’t wait to meet everyone.”
