Sarah Jane Series 4 episode titles revealed!
The new issue of Doctor Who Magazine confirms the episode titles for the fourth series of The Sarah Jane Adventures!
The 12-part series will air later this year and, inkeeping with tradition, is to be made up of six two-part stories. Sarah Jane & co will return in The Nightmare Man, written by Joseph Lidster, which will be followed by Phil Ford’s The Vault of Secrets. Episodes 5 and 6, titled, rather intriguingly, Death of the Doctor, are written by Russell T Davies, and will feature the Eleventh Doctor and Jo Grant!
Meanwhile, Gareth Roberts pens the fourth adventure for the team, The Empty Planet, and, in episodes 9 and 10, our heroes are set to be Lost in Time in the penultimate two-parter written by Rupert Laight. Finally, the series finale, co-written by Gareth Roberts and Clayton Hickman, has been named as Goodbye, Sarah Jane Smith.
For full details see Doctor Who Magazine #423 , out tomorrow at its usual price of £4.20.
Argh! Why is The Nightmare Man Story One?! That’s just… horrible! I mean, it looks like a good story but, still…
series finale? does that mean there will be no series 5? Will the US be geting series 3 and 4 on region 1 dvd?
@John
No it means it’s the finale of the Current series
a series 5 has already been commissioned
Goodbye Sarah Jane Smith would be a puzzling and sad title for a finale…if we didnt already know that there will be a series 5. But loving the episode titles this year.
i usually dont watch SJA or TORCHWOOD, but im intrigued as to how RTD will handle the 11th doctor….

Cant wait to see how RTD handles the Eleventh Doctor, normally I dont watch the SJA or Torchwood, but I really like his writing so will have to tune in!
The last episode ‘Goodbye Smith’ could be someone saying goodbye to Sarah Jane! Luke, probably?
