Reviews of last night’s long-awaited Doctor Who episode, The Pandorica Opens, are materializing on all corners of the interweb, and you’ll be pleased to hear that the majority of them are immensely positive about the first half of this year’s spectacular finale!

According to The Daily Telegraph, the episode was an “epic, cinematic tale” which “propelled the viewer on a gripping adventure,” and SFX are also full of nothing but praise for its ”perfectly constructed” ending.

Meanwhile, The Guardian sees its climax as so much more than previous Episode 12 cliffhangers, labelling the closing sequence the “most audacious of showstoppers”. The Express note that “Matt and Karen now seem so complete in their respective roles”, and Radio Times describe the story as “the most epic and salivating” ever!

Please be aware that the links above reveal major plot details. You can share your personal Pandorica reactions and hopes for part two in our episode discussion, hereSomething tells us it’s going to be a very long week!
