Doctor Who Rewind, In America to air on BBC America

BBC America will be airing two special shows next month to celebrate the Doctor’s return to the US!

‘Doctor Who Rewind’ and ‘Doctor Who in America’ promise to get viewers up to date with everything they need to know about the new series, which kicks off on the channel with The Impossible Astronaut, part one of the US-based two-parter, on Saturday 23rd April at 9pm ET.

Doctor Who Rewind – Saturday 23rd April, 8pm ET/PT
Countdown to the premiere of season six of Doctor Who with a special look back at all the best places, people and moments from season five.  This hour-long special recaps the key happenings from season five and prepares viewers for the highly-anticipated premiere of season six.

Doctor Who in America – Saturday 30th April, 10pm ET/PT
BBC America takes you behind the scenes of Doctor Who’s dramatic sixth season in this all-new special.  Go inside the most highly-anticipated season of Doctor Who yet, with an exclusive look at the making of the season that will leave everyone talking.
