First look at Doctor Who Comic Relief mini-episode!
Two stills from this month’s Doctor Who Comic Relief special have been released!
In the first image, the Doctor, Amy and Rory are looking surprised at something, while the second - a higher quality version of the image previously reported by News of the World - shows something else surprising… two Amys!
The mini-episode will air during BBC One’s Red Nose Day telethon on Friday 18th March.
What do you think of the screenshots? You can click on them both for bigger versions.

On the first image, isn’t the Tardis a bit different????
That’s what I thought. It isn’t as detailed as usual
The back wall has always been there – they jsut dont usually shoot it.
It isn’t as orange I think and yes it does look different LOL two Amys
The only differences to the TARDIS in the pics are the railings (which were seen in ACC) and the lighting.
Has the TARDIS materialised in the TARDIS? Thats what the second picture looks like, its also an explanation for the two Amys. It looks awesome!!!
Ooh. Two Amelia Jessica Ponds – but this time they’re both grown up.
I look forward to this.
Yay! Two Amys! What could be better? Cant wait!
Well by the looks of it 3 Amys, two next to the tardis and 1 standing with the Doctor and Rory. Whats going on in Rory and The Doctors minds I wonder and whats going on in my mind, don’t ask lol. But this looks set to be good
@Barney
Very good point – if that’s what the three of them are looking at, then there are three! Maybe they’re multiplying? Now that would be fun, but the effects would probably get a bit expensive…
The TARDIS does look different… Like they’ve dimmed the lights or something…
@Ellie
It may have! It does look like that in the second photo.
