Neil Gaiman introduces The Doctor’s Wife…

The official site has revealed the video introduction for this week’s episode, The Doctor’s Wife, featuring words from its writer, Neil Gaiman!
The episode airs on Saturday and will see the Doctor “off on a mission of mercy”, as Neil describes it, when he receives a distress signal from an old friend which takes him to a junkyard planet. Could there really be another living Time Lord out there? And what is the beautiful and insane Idris trying to tell him?

i just cant wait show the eipisode already lol
This is the episode I’ve been waiting for since I first heard about it. I looked forward to Episodes 1, 2 and 3 of course, but it was the 4th Episode, The Doctor’s Wife, with all those great elements in it that I was waiting for.
I only hope it lives up to my anticipation

apart from the big 2 part opener and the mid series finale and the this is the eipesode i want too ever since i had its called the doctors wife but i think its not what it seems and shes not his wife a wee cheat like they did in the doctors daugter
I agree, @JC: this is the one that excited me from the moment I first knew it existed. If it does well, it will be outstanding, but if it disappoints, it will be outstandingly disappointing. So! No pressure!
