Oh, and look where the Doctor is in the first image. There’s something fishy going on…

Here’s an extra behind the scenes image of Arthur Darvill preparing to film a scene…

In a recent press interview, Suranne Jones revealed she had a “brilliant” time on set.

    OK, so the 11th Doctor is inside what looks like the 8th/9th/10th Doctor’s Tardis, but perhaps it’s someone elses. Maybe all Tardis have the coral “desktop theme”?

    Ah, good thought. We might have been a bit quick in assuming it was the Doctor’s. Then again, one of the preview clips involves someone stealing the TARDIS, which makes less sense if there’s another one floating around.

    Also, there have been glimpses of what looks like the exterior of the old Tardis and if that’s true, I can’t explain that either.

    I’ve been very much looking forward to Episode 4 in particular for quite a while, after everything we’ve heard and seen. The “Coral Desktop”, other Time Lords, “Fear me, I’ve killed hundreds of Time Lords”, Ood with green eyes.

    Like Shawn, can’t wait for this episode.

    This makes more sense in that Idris could be the human form of the TARDIS I reckon unless Idris and River could possibly be the same person somewhat doubtful but this is DW and Steven Moffat so anything is possible.

    It’s funny how cramped that old console room now looks in the first photo!

    I think of it as the 8th/9th/10th Doctor’s console room to the 11th Doctor’s console hall

    Could it be that the 9th/10th doctors TARDIS console room is now an emergency console room in case the main one is hijacked…. cause Im sure I remember in the old series there was something similar

    Hey, everyone! The ‘Design a TARDIS’ TARDIS is in this ep. Is that the TARDIS we’ve been getting excited about, or is it yet another one? Discuss!

    @The 13th Doctor
    i think its something to do with david tennets doctor regenerating and taking the tardis with him when it destroyed its self i think the cracks and the universe exploding has got something to do with this but thats just my thory

    Second item on the news page on this site. To be fair, it was from 2009.

    My theory is that the TARDIS in the first picture does not belong to the Doctor. Maybe it belongs to his ‘wife’ or the planet where he lands in the next episode has a TARDIS available. However, this means that this is a TARDIS that doesn’t necessarily look like a police box…

    I was just thinking about that first photo. My theory is.. That you know someone “steals”/the TARDIS is taken with Rory and Amy in it? And then the main woman in this ep. is like: “You are like a 9 year old in his bedroom remaking a motorcycle” (or something like that). Well what if the Doctor has to build ANOTHER TARDIS!! And like JC said maybe at first all TARDIS’s come with a default setting aka. The Coral Theme.
    Makes sense?

    I know! Tell me about it. I am only young so haven’t watched any Classic Doctor Who. But I know the Rani is a female time lord and so she could be coming back. But there are tons of possibilities about everything! But one thing for sure the Doctor and River can’t be related… Cause that’d be insest and as Doctor Who is meant to be a family show they can’t really do that and how would they explain that to the children! And the girl shouldn’t be Amy’s and The Doctors cause the Doctor wouldn’t do that to Rory tbh :/ But we’ll just have to wait and see I suppose :(
