The BBC has today released three new images from the next episode, The Curse of the Black Spot!

The pirate adventure airs on Saturday 7th May at 6:15pm on BBC One, and sees the Doctor, Amy and Rory marooned onboard a pirate ship whose crew is being attacked by a mysterious and beautiful sea creature. To uncover the truth behind the pirates’ supernatural fears, they must first win the trust of the implacable Captain Avery, played by guest star Hugh Bonneville. Is a pirate’s life for them?

    Sorry, but after day of the moon I couldn’t care less about pirates. This is one of the episodes I am least looking forward to, never mind boats and men with hooks, I want regenerating children answers and river song spilling beans all over the place. Curse of the black spot? What a come down.
