Blackout will be released on 8th September 2011 with a RRP £10.20, and is penned by Oli Smith, whose previous Doctor Who credits include The Runaway Train (audiobook), Nuclear Time (novel) and the Wii/DS games, Return to Earth and Evacuation Earth.
