The official Doctor Who website has unveiled a gallery of images previewing the new Doctor Who play, The Crash of the Elysium, which opens in Salford today!

The interactive show – created by Punchdrunk – gives fans the opportunity to step into the Doctor’s world as they are led through sets as the story develops. It was originally only aimed at children, however adult tickets later went on sale which means fans of all ages can experience the adventure! Find out more and book tickets here.

A new interview with Piers Wenger has also been released, in which he describes the project as “one of the most spectacular and ambitious things” the production team has attempted. He also comments on his decision to step down as exec producer, noting: “It’s an experience I’ll treasure for the rest of my life.” We wish him the best of luck!
