Fans of Missy can rejoice today as Michelle Gomez has announced that her return to Roath Lock Studios in Cardiff is imminent!

As previously confirmed, the actress will once again be reprising her role as the renegade Time Lady in Series 10, telling theMusic that can she is “officially starting back on Doctor Who soon”. Her popular character was last seen in the Series 9 two-part premiere, The Magician’s Apprentice and The Witch’s Familiar, following her critically acclaimed debut in Series 8.

We dread to think what she’s got up her sleeve this time, but seeing as her comeback will coincide with Steven Moffat’s final series as showrunner, something tells us she’ll be bigger and badder than ever before. She’s going to need eight snipers, and we’re terrified already.
