Track listing for Series 5 soundtrack confirmed
The tracks that are to be included on the forthcoming Series 5 soundtrack have today been announced!
Over 60 pieces of music heard throughout the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond’s first series will be featured across the long-awaited 2-disc set, which will be available to buy from November 8th 2010.

This looks like an awesome soundtrack, but it’s strange how 9 episodes have 28 tracks and 4 episodes have 35 tracks. I’ts a shame how the time of angels/flesh and stone have only 2 tracks because they had some awesome music in them

Am I missing something, or is ‘Every Star, Every Planet’ not included?
It is the track called “I am the doctor” you are thinking of. That’s what they called it at the proms.
OMG, I thought that the Specials soundtrack was a good one but the Series 5 soundtrack appears top that.
Granted, there appears to be a bit of a leaning to certain episodes but when you have tracks such as “Fish Custard”, “I Am The Doctor”, “Amy’s Theme”, “Vincent”… even “A Useful Striker”, you’re going to have problems deciding which tracks to keep and which to leave behind.
What with this soundtrack and the Series 5 boxset, November 8 can’t come too soon… well, except for going to see Doctor Who Live later this month.

After all this time waiting for another soundtrack, suddenly we find ourselves receiving two double-CD sets! Just reading through the tracklist gives me higher hopes for the Series Five soundtrack than the Specials soundtrack, which is already fantastic on its own.

awesome news! i thought the Specials soundtrack was good but this is gonna be great! if only the other albums had this much music!
