A full length trailer for the new series of Doctor Who is here!
The 60 second preview was released online this afternoon and features an abundance of new clips from Series 6. It’s a dramatic sneak preview of what awaits the Doctor, Amy and Rory in their latest string of adventures.

In the trailer, we’re treated to the traditional ominous and foreboding lines (it wouldn’t be a Doctor Who trailer without them!), as well as our first glimpses of Hugh Bonneville and Lily Cole’s roles in the pirate story. All of that plus epic helicopter shots of Utah, a creepy clown with a balloon and… hold on, is that Amy and Rory in the old TARDIS!?
Meanwhile, Neil Gaiman has revealed on his Facebook that the trailer includes eight shots from his upcoming episode, The Doctor’s Wife. He adds: “I’m a bit excited, because it means it’s really happening.” Don’t worry, Neil – we’re a bit excited too!
“This is the Doctor’s darkest hour. He’ll rise higher than ever before and then fall so much further. This is the day he finds out who I am…”
“I’ve been running my whole life. Now it’s time for me to stop…”
As confirmed by Steven Moffat on Twitter, the trail will debut on BBC One at 8pm.

OK, I don’t understand, I think that was the 10th Doctor’s Tardis, it flies by too fast but it did look like it.
On another note, I really liked this trailer, very cool and atmospheric. Someone that has killed hundreds of Time Lords……..what can you say really.

Furthermore, I’ve just noticed something else that’s even more spine tingling.
The Silence mentioned the regeneration like scene at 0:38. If you manage to pause it, you’ll notice it’s the inside of the 10th Doctor’s Tardis, not the 11th’s………you can see the coral structures and console.

Well we don’t know, we haven’t seen the episodes yet! Could be a huge thing! Could be something small, like the Tardis’s insides are going potty. We’ll have to wait and see.

Matt is obvo not leaving , if he was we wud have heard about it before now , and he has also denied the rumours he is leaving , he is staying until 2013
AND OMGOMGOMG this trailer nearly made me cry , Doctor who has finally breached my scale of epic…Ten isnt back before people begin screeching , common sense people , his TARDIS is just there , it may even just be a flashback.

I didn’t think the 10th Doctor was back, as you said, because Tennant hasn’t been caught by anyone sneeking a look in. I don’t think it’s a flashback, because Rory and Amy appear to be inside the 10th Doctor’s Tardis.
Having said that and what TWWL said, it sort of reminds of Time Crash, when the 5th Doctor said about changing the Desktop theme, “what’s this, coral?……..it’s worse than the leopard skin”, though why the outside would change as well, I’m not sure.
As for the SEEMING regeneration, if it is regeneration, perhaps it isn’t the 11th Doctor that’s regenerating.
I kept noticing things in the trailer and posting them separately! Heres some more ideas Ive picked up on:
At 0.10 the doctor speaks nonsense. Well thats normal enough. But whats with the accent? I think that may be the clone doctor.
At 0.25 River is in the “lodger tardis”. I think you can see at least two silents in the background.
At 0.29 the wardrobe and the boy almost certainly ep 9 based on the plot description by Gatiss.
0.30 is just plain epic!
At 0.36 silents look like they can shoot lightning from their fingers.
0.37 some sort of Smiler? Could this mean a comeback for Starship UK?
0.40: In the dolls house?
0.41: From episode three. A siren possibly?
0.42: Originally reminded me of a Judoon in need of a bath, but now I think it must something brand new. Could it be standing in the “God” complex of a hotel?
0.46: Who or what did she shoot. Who knows more than the other: The Doctor or Amy. Amy might know that someone is a doppelganger and the doctor doesnt… Or the other way around.

If it was regeneration, I don’t think it was River, simply because she looked like she does now when she met the Doctor for the last time before she died at The Library

The only thing is… as soon as we find out who River is, her mystique is lost. Incidentally, how’s this for a theory: she IS his wife, but it was one of those “oops, we accidentally got married” moments and they’ve been teasing each other about it ever since, hence “hello sweetie”.
