It’s Saturday, which means there’s a brand new Doctor Who adventure just a few hours away! In tonight’s offering, a two parter reaches its jaw-dropping conclusion, as the humans get to know The Almost People

With the solar storm raging and Jennifer seeking revenge, can the Doctor convince the factory workers to embrace their own humanity and work together with their Gangers? We’ll find out when the drama unfolds tonight, but one thing’s for sure… it’ll be a case of double the trouble!

Of course, with the mid-series finale just around the corner, we’ve also got “the ending to end all endings” awaiting us in tonight’s episode, and we’ll be here as soon as the credits roll for you to spill the beans on what looks set to be a mind-blowing cliffhanger.

For some last minute teasing, head over to Digital Spy and SFX for some clues, and you can also watch the episode’s introduction, with words from the cast and crew, below.

Doctor Who: The Almost People - 6:45pm, BBC One/BBC One HD
Doctor Who Confidential: Take Two - 7:30pm, BBC Three (8:15pm on BBC HD)

Check back in straight afterwards, at 7:30pm, to have your say on the unfolding drama!

It’s only Saturday in the UK. Here in Canada it’s still Friday. 7:15pm to be exact.

I’m looking forword to the episode. To bad I have to wait an extra week for it. Well if I’m good and don’t track it down on line. Or just read all the spoilers.

I live in the US, and the episode won’t show til a week later, as well!

Is there any way at all that I can watch the episode ahead of time? The suspense is killing me…

This is why Canada sucks. No DW conventions, we get episodes late and no DW the experience :(

I genuinely feel for American/Canadian fans, especially since these are the areas where Doctor Who is trying to spread. I really think, since it’s BBC America that airs it, they should have shown it and if they were worried about viewing figures, repeated it a couple of days later, but to leave it a week sounds a bit disproportional.

As for tonight’s episode, I’m looking forward to it, both because it’s the resolution of a two-parter and because of the apparently extraordinary ending to the episode in the build up to next week’s half-season finale………..then we have to wait a few months for the rest of the series, but it’s probably best not to think about that right now, lol

Sorry for the double post, but just read Digital Spy’s 10 Teasers of tonight’s episode and it does sound like this episode will be quite something, looking forward to it

To be fair though, the US only have to wait a week for new Who at the most. The UK has to wait months for our fave US shows to cone over here.

Unless we download them of course.
