‘Today’ host Meredith Vieira films Series 6 cameo

Meredith Vieira, a presenter on the US morning news show Today, recently flew over to Cardiff to film a brief scene for an upcoming Series 6 episode.
The co-anchor’s cameo is part of an new ‘Anchor’s Abroad’ segment on the NBC talk show, for which its presenters have been heading overseas to appear in hit international TV programmes. Vieira will be playing a Newsreader in an upcoming episode, and you can watch a video of her time at the studios in the player below.
Please be aware that the video includes her finished scene as well as new interviews with Matt Smith and Alex Kingston, so there are spoilers for a future Series 6 storyline.
Series 6 continues on Saturday at 6:30pm on BBC One, and at 9pm/8c on BBC America.
i wonder if shes replaceing the news reporter that russell t davis used to use in these new series?

ya the silureanes winston church hill river and idris cybermen and the guy from the episode the lodger is sopose to be in the fanile as well so to me it sounds the same as the pandorica opens and the big bang but im not goin to judge it til ive seen it cos moffat mite do something totaly different with it

What caught my eye was the Cybus logo on the Cybermen. The ones we saw in the promo image did not have them. I’ll bet it has something to do with the way history seems to be going all wibbly in this episode.

i read somewere that the cybermen dont have the cybus logo on there chests because they r not petes world cybermen they r not parralel cybers but they r the real macoy cybermen from mondas the twin planet of earth in r reality universe they r one hundred per cent cybers and not parralel ones
