TVChoice Awards: Vote Matt, Karen, Doctor Who!

The shortlist for this year’s TVChoice Awards was unveiled today, so once again it is time for Whovians to unite!
Doctor Who’s nominated in the Best Family Drama category, alongside Glee, Merlin and Waterloo Road, while Matt Smith is up for Best Actor against Martin Clunes, Colin Morgan and Benedict Cumberbatch (you know – that guy from the other show Steven Moffat does). Finally, Karen Gillan is shortlisted for Best Actress, and she is facing competition from Miranda Hart, Jaye Jacobs and Freya Mavor.

I am outraged! This is outrageous! Sherlock isn’t just “that other show Steven Moffat does”! It’s an outrage! Sherlock is awesome in its own right and deserves to be recognised for it! (obviously I’m still voting Doctor Who all the way;) )

Sherlock is indeed amazing!! Without Doctor Who, Sherlock would be the best thing on TV!!
Benedict Cumberbatch isn’t just that guy from the other Moffat show… he’s the world’s best Consulting Detective! :D
