Watch: Extended trailer & Vampires in Venice clip

During Matt Smith’s appearance on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross earlier tonight we were treated to a stunning new preview of the forthcoming series, as well as a never before seen clip from Vampires in Venice!

Firstly, the preview, which is the uncut version originally aired at the press launch. It features an array of new clips, all of which are a tantalizing as we’ve come to expect! You can check that out in all its glory below:

Up next is the exclusive scene from episode 6, which gives us our first full new series glimpse of the Eleventh Doctor in action! Click the ‘play’ button below to watch, however please bear in mind that it’s incredibly spoiler heavy!

 

The new series of Doctor Who begins Saturday 3rd April on BBC One and BBC HD.

    I think “incredibly spoiler heavy” is overstating things a bit with regards to the Vampires clip. Actually, except that it gives a bit of a sense of the plot, it really isn’t that spoilery at all (unless you’re referring to a certain photo). I thought the interview had a lot more my way of spoilers.
