Neil Gaiman has revealed on his Twitter page that his Doctor Who episode will be the third episode of Series 6.

Earlier today the writer tweeted: “I think I’ll finish this draft of DR WHO (New season 6 episode 3) tonight. A day ahead of schedule. Heavy lifting, but it’s faster & better!”

Details about his highly-anticipated story are being kept tightly underwraps, however he has previously confirmed that it will be filmed in August.
