‘A Good Man Goes to War’ final ratings revealed

Final ratings for last weekend’s broadcast of the mid series finale, A Good Man Goes to War, have been released.

The episode was watched in the UK by an official audience of 7.57million, a 31% share of the total television audience.

Now that official ratings for all seven episodes are available, we can see that the first half of Series 6 was watched by an average audience of 7.66million. Congratulations to the cast and crew for the achievement!

    I’m supprised that the Almose People episode had such low numbers conpared to the rest of the episodes.

    Those are great ratings. Pretty sure the (possibly temporary) ‘move’ to Autumn will increase ratings a bit too.

    Actually pretty good numbers, around the numbers I’d expect for Doctor Who, so I’m glad about that

    as long as Who keeps up the 7mill average, fings are looking bright.A Few pointers make sense – “Black Spot” got a boost cause it was a stand alone after the two parter & “Doctors Wife” obviously cause it was Gaiman (+ brilliant). Almost People suffered from people not caring too much about part one (and the cliffhanger being signposted from 100miles away). Funny that given how fundamental the plot is to the year.
