All good things must come to an end, but did the Series 6 finale live up to expectations?
If you’re reading these words, it means that the anticipated finale has at long last aired (well, either that or the Daleks have hijacked our system mainframes again!), and all of our questions have finally been answered. In The Wedding of River Song, there was something wrong with time, as the Doctor faced an epic showdown on his final journey.
There were plenty of mysteries to be resolved, and, in true Moffat style, tonight’s final raced before our eyes at a mind-bogglingly rocket speed, bringing together old friends, old enemies and, of course, an impossible astronaut. The Doctor’s date with destiny was full of last minute shocks, twists and revelations, but was it the pay off you hoped for?

Sorry but who is RTD? And didn’t the Doctor always travel in time with the Tardis? I have been watching for a few years through I think 3 Dr Whos and everyone travelled through time. What am I missing?

i just cant wait for series 7 as the end of the wedding of river song has opened up yet more questions into the next series

RTD was allso head writer of the speacials year david tennets last year of storys xmass special easter spacial the waters of mars and the douvle xmass and new year day spacils were david departs and matt smith begins :)

on the whole i enjoyed series 6 even more than series 5 i cant wait for this years series 7 to see how it sapes up and hopefully find out more answers from series 5 and 6 :)
I loved TWORS! It answered answered so many questions but opened so many others. I love the relationship between River and The Doctor. Can’t wait for series 7!
TWORS was brilliant! Although I don’t think the Christmas special was all that special.
I am very late commenting, but loved the show. Leaving me at THIS time wondering if after this last Christmas 2012, will we ever see River Song again?? I love her character and now that the Doctor is married, will he travel off with Clara, never to see River Song again??? I hope not.
I am with you on that. I hope she comes back in this next series. I think Clara is a good character so far, but not the same as River Song. I like RS’s scrapping and sometimes outwitting the Doctor! She
