The BBC has today released a fresh bundle of pictures from this month’s anticipated Christmas Special!

The episode, intriguingly titled The Time of the Doctor, airs on BBC One on Christmas Day at 7:30pm and it will be the last adventure for Matt Smith’s incarnation of the Doctor.

The festive adventure will also feature the returns of several of the Eleventh Doctor’s enemies as they are drawn towards a mysterious message that echoes across the stars.
