Final Series 5 boxset cover artwork revealed!
Here it is, folks! The final cover for the boxset that will be making its way to shelves and stockings across the land later this year has been released!
The Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond’s first series is contained on the 6-disc collection, which is released in the UK on November 8th and in the US on November 9th. Its special features include out-takes, deleted scenes, in-vision commentaries with the cast and crew, video diaries, The Monster Files and BBC trailers and promos.
In addition, specially written and recorded scenes entitled ‘Meanwhile, in the TARDIS…‘ will show what happened between The Eleventh Hour/The Beast Below and Flesh and Stone/The Vampires of Venice! Check out its cover below:
The DVD has an RRP of £69.99, while the Blu-ray format is listed at £79.99.

Possibly the best box set cover yet! However, I don’t understand why the Silurian’s skin hasn’t been tinted blue like everything else in the background…?

The price is as extortionate as I imagined it would be, lol, but I’m lucky in that I’m fine with waiting it right down, needs to be cut by about half to make me think about buying it, especially as I wasn’t that keen on Season 5.
We’ll see what happens.
