Could it be a highly evolved Ood? The Ood have been evolving much faster than what they should. That was mentioned at the start of “End of Time”.

Maybe I missed something, but people have been referring to “Silents” or “a Silent”. Is this an actual alien or is it just a term we’re using on here for lack of a better name? Help!
I loved the prequel scene, just the right kind of spooky atmosphere.
1960s America, Men in Black, aliens, government conspiracies… Looks like we’re in for an awesome season premier.
Oh, and a whole lot of people thought Nixon himself was an alien from outer space, so this whole concept is right on target.
