The actress is, of course, acclaimed for playing the Doctor’s companion, Donna Noble, in Doctor Who. First introduced in the 2006 Christmas adventure, The Runaway Bride, Donna initially turned down the offer to step aboard the TARDIS. It wasn’t long before she lived to regret her decision, however (and who can blame her!?), but she was eventually reunited with her spaceman in Series 4.
