David has “nothing to say” about 50th anniversary
David Tennant’s revealed that he still has “nothing to say” about any involvement in Doctor Who’s 50th anniversary.
Speaking to Radio 1 about his latest film, Nativity 2: Danger in the Manger, released in cinemas today, the Tenth Doctor actor reaffirmed: “I don’t have an answer, and I keep being asked this question so I do wish I had one.” He might know more than he is letting on, though, as he initially had to stop himself in his tracks… “I nearly said something I shouldn’t,” he said. And so we’re left to make of that what we will.
David’s previously said it’s “not impossible” he’ll return for the show’s landmark year.

Most people on here know I’d love David to come back. He is my Doctor, though as I always do, I’d like to reaffirm that I fully accept and think of Matt Smith as the Doctor now.
It is a little concerning that key people seem to know nothing about the 50th anniversary, but at the same time, even if they knew they are going to be part of it and exactly what they’ll be doing, what could they say that wouldn’t break the already seriously tight privacy of Doctor Who before airing?
There’s no telling who knows what. David Tennant and Paul McGann have both said they haven’t heard anything, but that doesn’t mean they actually don’t.
We need to employ a body language expert to gauge whether they’re lying or not, lol………just a joke.
I do feel like he is going to be involved in some way, even if its just a small cameo or a flashback. Obviously people will want things to be kept under wraps because it will make the anniversary more exciting! Remember when the Daleks came out of the sphere in series two or when Rose was shown in Partners in Crime? The surprises are the best part!
