The latest edition of Doctor Who Magazine will hit stores this month and, with filming on Series 8 now underway, there’s only one face worthy of its cover.

That face is, of course, Peter Capaldi’s, and the man himself is interviewed inide the issue as he talks about taking on the iconic role. “I don’t remember Doctor Who not being part of my life,” he reveals. “It became a part of growing up, along with The Beatles, National Health spectacles, and fog. And it runs deep. It’s in my DNA.”
