WATCH: New trailer for The Snowmen is revealed!

A new trailer for this month’s Doctor Who Christmas Special The Snowmen on BBC One has been released today!
It features lots of exciting and previously unseen clips from the episode, which premieres on Christmas Day at 5:15pm.
The story begins on Christmas Eve in 1892, where a chilling foe is threatening Earth. When unorthodox governess Clara calls on the Doctor for help, he’s in mourning. Will he really abandon humankind, or fight to save Christmas?

Can someone please tell Steven Moffatt that he doesn’t need everyone kissing the Doctor – that has got boring and pointless!!!!
Also, didn’t they film the next doctor in that house?

I agree. I’m kind of fed up of the Doctor kissing everyone too.
Perhaps it’s the age of his incarnations. All his companions and the women that meet him see a young man, I doubt they’d be so keen to kiss the 1st Doctor,lol
Excessive amounts of kissing aside, I can’t wait to see 11’s awkward flailing and exclaiming about how he’s a married man…anyway, she started it!
Nobody else excited for what (sounds like) Gandalf doing the voice-over?
I was actually more excited about Jenna Coleman as the new companion when I thought maybe they would make her a Dalek. THAT would be a new direction for Doctor Who. This character just looks like Amy Pond in a Victorian dress.
Lots of moaning going on it seems! For a Christmas ep, this looks really pretty good.

Im a massive fan of Ian McKellen the fact that im a lotr fan and off to see the hobbit soon its a dream come true :P
The whole kissing the doctor thing started with 8 and just doesn’t seem to be stopping any time soon.
Seriously? You didn’t think the kissing went on in the classic series too? I always thought that was going on, it just never got shown in the episodes. I don’t mind one bit.
It looks like quite a good episode, but I was hoping that the new companion wouldn’t start kissing the Doctor. I just hope that the rest of the series won’t be focused on Clara’s love for the Doctor or something like that. The Snowmen do sound like great monsters, and I’m glad that Moffat has come up with something original for the episode.
